How to change the master admin password for windows based Endpoint Management server

Hi All,

I have a requirement to reset the password for master admin credential on client Windows-based Endpoint management server running on R77.30.1

Since I tried the same requirement in my lab which works, but I am wondering it is not working in the client environment.

I followed the below steps on my lab machine:

→ Created a windows server as same as the client environment.

→ Installed Checkpoint and upgrade to R77.30.01 plugin

→ And open Checkpoint Configuration in smart Menu(Start Menu -> All Programs -> Checkpoint SmartConsole R77.XX Checkpoint Configuration).

→ Delete the Current 'admin' user

→ Create a new master admin user and set the new password, it works.

The reason for reset password: Client forgets the master admin password.

Please let me know how if you all have any ideas in order to achieve it.
