hi,

i have encrypted my usb using media encryption and i i trying to use the Media Encryption Remote help. But while clicking the recovery bottom while accessing the usb from another PC the challenge box is empty. What should i do ?

Definitely need some more info here:

1. What version of the Endpoint Client created the media?

2. What version of Windows are you trying to open the media on?
