A couples of questions in term of implementation.

Can we configure Microsoft SCCM for automatic download SBA new Agents from Checkpoint sites.
Can we upgrade SBA new agents using Microsoft SCCM. If yes, Please share the steps to do it.
Can we configure SBA full package keeping the files in a remote location (Branch Location).

SCCM is used only initially whilst the client has no relationship with the Endpoint Management or Policy Server i.e. deploy the MSI for the first time.

Policy servers can be deployed in the branch to improve the client experience for updates if required.

I believe deploying client upgrades by other means would be a sub-optimal experience (not supported).
