Hi checkmates,

We are trying to send a scheduled reports to o365. Im not sure if this is already supported. And if yes if there are others already done this can you help me what to fill in on the fields on the screenshot as the admin guide is vague in terms of instructions

@Heisenberg It's supported, if you are having issues configuring it, I suggest you'll open a TAC ticket.

You can share the ticket number w/ me and I'll help you expedite its resolution.

Hi Kobie,

Thanks for confirming but can i ask what are the parameters needed from 0365 the client needs to provide in order to configure the email report? we have tried o365 credentials but didnt work or do we need some configurations on o365 for this to work like allowing communication from 3rd party products.

The parameters are the same, I suggest you'll consult with our TAC as they conduct an online session with you to have it fixed.
