Uninstall Check Point Endpoint???

Hello - WIN10 PC

Ive got these 3 "PROCESSES" running

Check Point Endpoint Forensic recorder Service
Check Point Endpoint Remediation Service
Check Point Soundblast agent Threat Emulation

how do i get rid of these ? Ive got NO checkpoint "services" running - only PROCESSES. Every time i end them, they just reappear.
ive NOT installed Check point - so i cant uninstall it

What was installed in the first place, and how did you uninstall those items?

Do you have the ZoneAlarm product installed?

ZoneAlarm is our endpoint protection for consumers.

Under the hood it is using many of our enterprise protection technologies to protect consumers as well. and those processes are coming with it.

So if you have ZoneAlarm it explain it and is part of the ZoneAlarm protection and it should not be removed. if you want to remove it you will need to remove ZoneAlarm and it will be uninstalled together with it.

Thanks - I do have Zonealarm. Ive had it for several years but never noticed the check-point before.

We are adding more and more protection technologies over time from our enterprise EP protection product to the ZoneAlarm consumer product. So what you say makes sense.

old thread, but didn’t-t find any help or similar answer..

Check Point Soundblast agent Threat Emulation

are NOT uninstalled with ZoneAlarm. They are still in taskmanager and eating up CPU and hanging browsers.

If these services were installed as a result of installing ZoneAlarm and you cannot uninstall them, please work with our ZoneAlarm Community or ZoneAlarm Support.
