Fail to download MSI packages from SmartEndpoint R80.30 endpoint management server

Hi All,

I had encounter issue to download msi package from smartendpoint, but there is no issue download the thin client.
I found an sk153776, but it is for version R77.30. I am not sure if the sk still applicable to R80.30.

With that said, is this an on-prem deployment OR Cloud?

This is on-prem deployment.
The SR 6-0002435292 has been created.
