Reports not showing a full audit track

Hello All,

I´m doing a lab enviroment for Capsule Docs and I can´t see a full audit track of events at Reports tab.

The Environment.

ME (guilherme) as Admin
Another two members of same domain (Danilo and Clemilton)
An external member that permission is not set and the user don´t have Capsule - Ext1
An external member that permission is set and user has Capsule Docs Editor - Ext2

I (guilherme) have created a .docx file and protect this file with Capsule Docs and send this file for Danilo, Clemilton, Ext1 and Ext2.

Danilo have created a new file .docs and protect this file with Capsule Docs and send to me (guilherme).

When I try to see full track off events, I can see only my own logs.

I can´t see logs for external trying access and I can´t see logs from other members of the same domain (edit, print, change, etc)

So I need help to understand if it´s a normal operation from Capsule Docs or a misconfiguration at client or any other thing.

I found the same only my logs is showing while i trying to fetch full audit logs.
