SmartEndpoint clean up AD sync option?

We have a R80.40 Cloud based Endpoint Security Server. We use a file-based scanner to get updates of changes to Active Directory.

When we add an AD group and run file-based scanner the group is visible within Smart Endpoint.

However, when we remove an AD group and run file-based scanner the group is STILL visible within Smart Endpoint.

Is there a cleanup option somewhere?

We have tried created new file-based scanner but this doesn't help.
