Uninstalling Endpoint Security VPN on Mac OS

Hi,

I have one question. How to uninstall Endpoint Security VPN. The Mac OS is Mojave 10.14.6. I cannot install it again because of

this info: "Endpoint Security VPN build 986001109 is already installed on this computer". The version I had befor and the version I want to install again is Endpoint Security VPN - E82. It was suggested by my employer. The problem is common, but I did not find any solutions.

Hello PhoneBoy,

I have one question. I want to install the new client that connect to the SBA Cloud. Firts I unistalled the client that was connecting to the SMS Endpoint on-premise, and then I install the new client. However is cant get connect to the SBA Cloud, it appear try to connecting to the SMS on-premise.

Do you have any recomnendation?

Sounds like something didn't get purged on uninstall.
This probably needs a TAC case.

Hi Julian,

Apologies for the lateness on this one. If you are using the same installer msi for your EPS client as the on Prem, you need to DOWNLOAD msi from the Cloud Instance. Each EPS.msi file will "bake in" the connection to the server from whence it originated !!
