    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to find out if anyone has had any issues with the status update page on the overview and on the reports in SmartEndpoint for systems that are not logged on with any users.&amp;nbsp; We find out that any status like disk encryption or Anti-Malware updates don't update the status unless a user is logged on.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone else notice this or have found a way to compensate for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, we had exactly this behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We opened a case and received an hotfix for this. It also a recurring problem, We had solved this, then we updated to a different take and we were back to the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We opened a new case and received a new hotfix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for sharing that info PIN.&amp;nbsp; We opened a case with TAC and the engineer stated that this was 'by design' and that I needed to submit an RFE for it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":downcast_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😓&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was the hotfix for your management server?&amp;nbsp; Or was it for the Endpoint clients?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And what release are y'all running&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Looks like the information given to you first was incorrect, there is sk165214 describing this problem, could you please contact support again for the hotfix from this sk?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The hotfix is relevant for R80.30, different jumbo takes, it's server-side.&lt;/P&gt;
