I have problem with recovering data from encrypted harddrive using DMU 2.2

I see message cant find FDE system area, try using recovery file instead. Unfortunetly I dont have easy access to the recovery files on server -> its not so easy to communicate with that department in my firm.

I am attaching also log file from DMU app. It is worth to mention that on my PC, with windows installed on it I can use DMU and mount encrypted drive by providing user login and password. On the same machine, when I boot windows from external drive (which is basicly the same mirrored system) I get that FDE system area error. I am of course running DMU as an administrator. Can you please give me any hints ?
