      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have a look at SK164035 - this resolved the issue for my client.&amp;nbsp; The servers were not updating the Endpoint server with the fact they had updated the dat file.&amp;nbsp; Once the patch was applied they reported in correctly.&amp;nbsp; (user account shows as ntlocal)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Dan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;SK164035&amp;nbsp; says 'Anti-Malware signatures are successfully updated but machines appear as not updated in SmartEndpoint'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But in our case AM signature database update is failing,it will start update once user logs in to the server.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For a quick "fix" t gain some time for you to find the root cause. Switch the primary update from Local Servers to Cloud Servers, leaving the local servers as secondary. That will restart the updates while you fix the underlying issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
