      <title>trac has stopped working message upon startup</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just installed the endpoint VPN client on my Windows 7 (fully updated - up to January) pc. After the login, i get a "trac has stopped working" message.       <description>What precise version of the VPN client?&lt;BR /&gt;You'll probably need to consult with the TAC to troubleshoot this.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, i have created an account, followed the instructions to create a UC account but still, the system only lets me create a non-technical issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what to do now. Can anyone please help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
