    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt;"&gt;In this case the problem was caused by McAfee DLPe UpperFilters, left over after un-installation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt;"&gt;Had to remove manually all occurrences of &lt;SPAN style="color: red;"&gt;hdlpdbk&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-size: 10.0pt; "&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;MEPP and USB are OK now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: red; font-size: 10.0pt; "&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.checkpoint.com/legacyfs/online/checkpoint/79839_pastedImage_1.png" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Encountered issue with MEPP E80.92. After installation, USB on machine stops working.
