      <description>&lt;P&gt;If this helps anyone:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had a similar issue with some Lenovo Thinkpad E530&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RSOD with error 0x5001986.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The culprit seemed to be a BIOS setting, either Quick Boot or Intel Rapid Start (i disabled both).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I couldn't even access the BIOS initially. I had to remove the SSD, boot Windows Setup from a memory stick, go to Repair-&amp;gt;Advanced-&amp;gt;Restart in UEFI Setup to access those problematic settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, had the same issue with one of our clients laptops (HP ProBook 450 G7).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have logged it with TAC but so far no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone had the same RSOD error since?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
