    <description>&lt;P&gt;Issue has been resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once we installed the client on another OS (Windows 10 Pro) the user messages section showed up. Must be an issue with using the client on&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Windows 2012 Server.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have&amp;nbsp; SmartEndpoint R80.20 running on Windows 2012 Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We get an unhanded exception error when trying to configure user messages, for example within Media Encryption &amp;amp; Port Protection Blade and the Default UserCheck Messages Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="UnhandledException.jpg" style="width: 454px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/3813i964D46B630ADFC9C/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="UnhandledException.jpg" alt="UnhandledException.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Has anyone see this issue before?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
