    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;we using endpoint vpn for Mac and windows, it's mainly for mac but also testing with windows, we are finding with the windows device when it's set to&amp;nbsp; (route all traffic to gateway) that the device connects&amp;nbsp; straightaway then drops connection then reconnects,&amp;nbsp; and does this continuously.&amp;nbsp; yet with the same setup and using a Mac&amp;nbsp; it' connects and stays connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've google and some say to enable the 2 following options?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.checkpoint.com/legacyfs/online/checkpoint/71860_pastedImage_1.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas what could cause this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;What log entries do you see when the clients connect and disconnect?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other logs surrounding it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course, anytime you disable some of these default&amp;nbsp;rules, there is always the potential that disabling them may have an unintended side effect such as this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
