Hi,

I have an issue with trying to install MobileIron MDM client on Win10, where the machine also has CP Endpoint installed (any version)

If CP Endpoint isnt installed, I can connect the laptop to the MDM platform and get our company policy to protect the mail client.

If CP Endpoint is installed, I cant connect to the MDM.

We need both, as the CP Enpoint is used to connect to the company VPN.

Any ideas?

Assuming Firewall is one of the blades you've chosen to install, have you configured an explicit rule to allow the Endpoint to communicate with the MDM server?

yes, nothing appears in the logs.

The MDM works fine without the Endpoint software.

As soon as I install the Endpoint software, the MDM cant talk to the laptop.

I have tried adding a rule in the desktop policy, but that hasn't worked either.

It's possible there may be some conflicts with the various drivers in use.
You may need to engage with the TAC here.
