      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am facing one issue for roaming user i.e checkpoint agent who is not connected in local LAN or MPLS network. showing disconnection so how to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pl suggest asap.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Agent shows Disconnected as has no connection to the Management Server.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;As is not on Local Network or Network via MPLS then it won't have a connection, so you need to provide a solution to allow the machine to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Probably easiest method is a Remote Access solution such as Client VPN, Clientless VPN such as MAB with SNX Network Access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That way as long as has connection to the Internet then should be able to connect back to Office and get connection to the Management Server.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
