    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you check "SSL", in which case you need to import the certificate on your EPS using&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&amp;amp;solutionid=sk84620&amp;amp;partition=General&amp;amp;product=Endpoint" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;sk84620&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Make sure also there's connectivity to your AD from your EPS (i.e. FW rules if needed) and you're using the correct credentials.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If I'm correct, you will get this error immediately if the server can not establish an LDAP connection to your server (bad routing or firewall blocking access), whether you checked SSL or not.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
