Antiphising message SCANNING when credentials are entered on any site does not appear anymore

I noticed from last week on a few of our customers and also on my endpoint that the Antiphising "scannig" message does not appear anymore. (that message that usually appear for a second or two)

(I attached a screenshot which "scanning" I mean)

Endpoint version : E89.10 and E89.20 (same behavior)

All blades are ON, policies are enabled.

I would recommend taking it with TAC if you haven't found an explanation in the release notes / what's new.
