      <title>Unable to access Harmony Endpoint Web UI and smartEndpoint</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a SMS Server that manages Security Gateways and Harmony Endpoint Agents , the SMS version is R81.20 .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are not able to access SmartEndpoint or Harmony Endpoint Web UI .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When performing uepm_start command :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="show_commands.png" style="width: 558px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/34026i7B97C0CE8A2538EE/image-dimensions/558x271?v=v2" width="558" height="271" role="button" title="show_commands.png" alt="show_commands.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Endpoint Policy Management is already checked in the SMS Server and we already installed the database .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the output of cpstart command :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="show_commands&amp;amp;.png" style="width: 793px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/34027i5A13823B574AF87E/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="show_commands&amp;amp;.png" alt="show_commands&amp;amp;.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We rebooted the server and restarting services many times but the problem still persists&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the cause of this problem ? and how to solve it if there is someone has experienced this problem ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
