    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are currently experiencing the following issues in a Check Point Harmony Endpoint and Firewall environment:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. macOS Endpoint – Deployment Status&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After installation, macOS clients show as “Connected”, however the status remains stuck on “Waiting for deployment”in the Infinity Portal (snapshot attached).&lt;BR /&gt;The agent appears to be communicating successfully, but policy deployment does not complete.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Network Performance – Firewall Impact&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once endpoints connect through the Check Point firewall, there is a significant degradation in internet performance/speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue appears to occur immediately after traffic begins passing through the firewall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We would appreciate any guidance, known issues, or best practices to help resolve both the deployment state on macOS and the performance impact observed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for your support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Opeyemi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the first question, did you create and install a deployment rule first?&lt;BR /&gt;Also is this managed via (Infinity) Portal or on-premise management (and if so, what version/JHF level)?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For the second, how precisely did you test performance?&lt;BR /&gt;That may require a TAC case to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the feedback.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;macOS Deployment Issue&lt;BR /&gt;A deployment rule has been created and the agent installed successfully. The environment is managed via Infinity Portal (cloud). The endpoint shows Connected but stuck on “Waiting for deployment.”&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will be reconfirmed with the client’s engineering team and I will revert with updates once validated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Network Performance Issue&lt;BR /&gt;Performance was tested using speed tests and general user experience before/after traffic passes through the firewall, where a noticeable slowdown is observed.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will also be validated further with the client’s engineering team. We may engage TAC if deeper investigation is required.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
