Updates to Web Management Portal for On-Prem?

It is 2 years later and I want to liven this one up again to see if I can get an authoritative answer to the Harmony Endpoint Web Management Portal (Infinity Portal) for On-prem and if there are plans to update it.

Are there any plans around this.

It looks that same as it did two years ago.

I get that the focus is on MaaS but what about existing on-prem customers or the possibility of new on-prem customers?

Will be happy to get see something official.

This SK is very clear about EOS for SmartEndpoint from Q1 2026 (EOS in 3 weeks time) and I can't find anything on the Portal specifically.

If SmartEndpoint is not supported then how can I change these settings without it and using on-prem?

I dont believe people were ever able to modify mgmt cloud object in smart console, at least that I can remember.

Hey Andy,

This is about Endpoint, and the Harmony Endpoint portal, which is very far behind EPMaaS Infinity Portal and had seemingly no development updates in a couple of years.

Ah, harmony endpoint...yea, that sounds about right. I dont log into it too often, but looks the same every time I do.

In 2023 there was a roadmap for the on-prem endpoint management, would be great to see if there is one for 2025/2026 🙂

Or is it eventually just going to be shut down (and forced to cloud), same as SmartEndpoint 🤔

SmartEndpoint End of Support date has been extended.

The SK has been deleted.

The big question still remains...
