      <title>A problem with launching Portal Agent has been detected several times</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am encountering a persistent issue when trying to connect via the SSL VPN Portal on my Windows 10 laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever I try to connect, the Mobile Access Portal Agent fails to launch, and I receive the following error message: &lt;I&gt;"A problem with launching Portal Agent has been detected several times. Contact your System Administrator. Code: 300"&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Environment:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;OS:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Windows 10 (Fully updated)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Antivirus:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Windows Defender only (no 3rd party security software installed).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Troubleshooting steps I have already taken (without success):&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstalled and reinstalled the &lt;STRONG&gt;SSL Network Extender (SNX)&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstalled and reinstalled the &lt;STRONG&gt;Mobile Access Portal Agent&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Completely uninstalled previous Java versions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installed &lt;STRONG&gt;JDK 20&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cleared browser cache and local App Data temp files related to Check Point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Despite these steps, the "Code 300" error persists. The agent simply refuses to initialize properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced this specific behavior with recent Windows 10 updates? Are there specific logs I should look into to diagnose why the agent is failing to launch?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then its 100% safe to assume its just that machine thats the problem, nothing to do with CP side. Honestly, I would do the reset option from the settings and test.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Regardless, based on all that was mentioned already, since its only this one machine, sounds to me reset of it would be the most logical thing to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
