Endpoint R80.96 - FDE User acquisition

I just installed the full endpoint client. I am stuck on FDE User acquisition. I turned off UCA but i am still suck. Here is part of the message from the dlog

I talked to support and they were able to fix the issue. I had the acquisition process has acquired set to 5 users not 1.
