Not sure the remote end of Capsule Cloud VPN should be pingable.
In general running multiple VPN clients on the same system can be problematic, especially if they have overlapping encryption domains.

Hi Everyone,

I have a DirectAccess (DA) on the user laptop and also Checkpoint CloudCapsule(CC) running.

DA initialises when laptop starts and pings all the gateway addresses of the active interfaces including Physical and Virtual interface.

While CC's vNIC is active and connected, it has an internal range that is between Checkpoint Cloud and Checkpoint CloudCapsule.

Should the Checkpoint cloud side IP be pingable or not?

In my case, it does ping on some ranges and some ranges don't.

Not sure, if what it make sense what I've written!

Please add your comments.

Regards,

B
