      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;It's not very clear in sk183410&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, but I get the feeling this is only for cloud management for endpoint...?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this correct, is SmartEndpoint still supported ongoing for connecting to an on-prem management server?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ben&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that SmartEndpoint, as a fat application, will be phased out, regardless of the environment you are using it in. The relevant functionality is, or soon will be, ported to the WebUI.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I asked the owners to comment here, too. Let's see what they have to say&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got this thread dating back a couple of years and have spoken to on-prem customers in the interim.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What it the answer for them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is a shame to see so much development in the EPMaaS portal over the last two years and zero of that has gone into on-prem.&lt;/P&gt;
