Endpoint license container for evaluation lab?

Hi everyone.

In order to replicate a problem for one of our customers, we needed to set up an On-Premises Harmony Endpoint Web Management server and a client machine.

We have created and updated the server with R81.20 JHF 98. Then we installed the All-in-One evaluation license for the management server and various licenses that are listed under Harmony category on the evaluation page. However, every time we try to connect the client to the server we keep getting the error (in $UEPMDIR/logs/server_messages.log) message below:

[2025-07-21T14:32:42,420] ERROR ajp-nio2-127.0.0.1-8009-exec-3 - The endpoint with FQDN DESKTOP-NK32NK..WORKGROUP and SID 43B33336-789C-469D-AB42-EDB33AB4F75D failed to register because no container licenses exist. (RegisterEndpointHandler)

As far as we understand by the error message, there is a container license missing, but we're not sure as to where to get that.

The current licenses on the HEP server look like this:

There's only one server and one client in this lab. We already rebooted them many times, tried reinstalling different client versions many times, exported the installation package from the server or from the relevant sk articles. The result is always the same.

What am I missing here?

It seems like not all parts of the license are attached.

Typically it comes in two parts the remote access (VPN) part which appears to be attached and the remaining blades e.g.

To any licensing noob like me reading this:

Always check if there are multiple licenses that you need to install.

@Chris_Atkinson Thank you for pointing it out!

PS: There should be a licensing training. There are so many nuances with licensing, it deserves its own training.
