      <title>Network issues after upgrade to v88.72.2001 EDR</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the start of this month, I upgraded around 200 laptops to &lt;STRONG&gt;Check Point Endpoint Security 88.72.2001&lt;/STRONG&gt;, with no issues reported. Shortly after, I updated around 100 desktops, also without problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, this week (July 15), after updating the remaining &lt;STRONG&gt;1,200 desktops&lt;/STRONG&gt;, some users reported &lt;STRONG&gt;network connectivity issues&lt;/STRONG&gt; — devices showed &lt;STRONG&gt;no network connection&lt;/STRONG&gt;, although their phones worked fine on the same network.&lt;BR /&gt;The &lt;STRONG&gt;only change applied&lt;/STRONG&gt; was the EDR upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Below are some specifications from affected machines:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;OS Build Version Domain Model Memory Processor Motherboard Graphics &lt;TABLE width="733px"&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD width="90.6406px"&gt;Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="124.188px"&gt;10.0.19045.5965&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="47.2031px"&gt;22H2&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="69.8594px"&gt;GLOBAL&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="108.219px"&gt;HP ProDesk 400 G7 Small Form Factor&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="56.875px"&gt;8 GiB DDR4&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95.4375px"&gt;Intel Core i5-10500 @ 3.10GHz&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="48.8906px"&gt;HP 8719&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="90.6875px"&gt;Intel UHD Graphics 630&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD width="90.6406px"&gt;Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="124.188px"&gt;10.0.19045.5965&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="47.2031px"&gt;22H2&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="69.8594px"&gt;global&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="108.219px"&gt;HP ProDesk 600 G5 SFF&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="56.875px"&gt;8 GiB DDR4&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95.4375px"&gt;Intel Core i5-8500 @ 3.00GHz&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="48.8906px"&gt;HP 8597&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="90.6875px"&gt;Intel UHD Graphics 630&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced &lt;STRONG&gt;network loss issues&lt;/STRONG&gt; after deploying &lt;STRONG&gt;88.72.2001&lt;/STRONG&gt;? &lt;P&gt;You could test using this CheckConnectivity.exe which is in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\Endpoint Security\Endpoint Common\bin&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
