Hi. I need to uninstall checkpoint harmony endpoint agent from windows computer completely. Is there any way centrally do that task? or you may have some script that can be run thorough sccm tools? we are using on prem and agents being controlled by smartConsole r81.20

According to the documentation you provided i found push operation. But another issue i faced. When pushing uninstall operation it failed by giving me "EPS client is being upgraded" error.
