      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an isee on the black Checkpoint screen to entering password and user name issue on DELL laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The letters are entering by self and also some of them are in Caps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did any one have solution ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may be that the version of Harmony Endpoint used and your hardware have a compatibility issue.&lt;BR /&gt;If you are an end user (and not a Harmony Endpoint admin), you will need to work with them to get our TAC involved so the issue can be investigated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
