      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have deployed checkpoint EDR on my environment, but it seems like Endpoint management system cannot able to communicate with the agent. i tried to push some configurations to the agents, it will display retrying for a long time, some other agents are okay. I also tried to push the update but nothing is happening on the endpoint. please assist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to download an infinity endpoint connectivity tool to check connectivity , where can i get it, i tried to check it on the bin folder but it is not there&lt;/P&gt;</description>
