      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know why when I want to install the Harmony Endpoint agent on a server (WS 2012), the Initial Client process appears like "Failed to download files" as you can see in the attached image?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;K, got it. Just as a test, do you have another PC running that same os you can try this on? If not, does reboot do anything or still same?&lt;/P&gt;
