Hi,
I have Harmony Endpoint Security on-premise version R81.20. Client computers are on E88.61, Windows 11. The problem is the endpoint firewall policy (connected and disconnected). In SmartEndpoint or WebUI I can see that the computers have the latest version of the rules. On the computer the user checks the version of the rules and has ",Version:0". The connected or disconnected policy is not established. Has anyone had such a problem?

Even if I create a separate rule for only one computer it works the same, on the server I can see that the rule is applied correctly, on the endpoint it is not...0

Thank you very much for your help!

I downloaded the cpinfo file from the endpoint but unfortunately I didn't find anything. Unless I don't know which logs to check. I checked all.

I would open TAC case and have them confirm.

A TAC case is definitely warranted here.
