Hello,

I've tried to transfer logs from harmony endpoint management server to my PC using several methods (winscp, ssh tunnel, ..etc ), but none of them worked.

please can you help me.

Not completely sure I understand what you tried to do. But, are you familiar with Event forwarding option?

I have installed Harmony Endpoint Server in on-premise mode (where event forwarding is not an option). I have generated logs from my Harmony Endpoint server and now I want to transfer them to my laptop. However, I am encountering an error (see the attachment). Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue?

According to the screenshots, you are unable to log in - hard to help you here...

But why not go to SmartConsole > Logs & Events and filter for Endpoint / time range and select Export to Excel for the result ?

Check Point logging is proprietary:

Log exporter changes the format when exporting. Examples: syslog, splunk, logrythm etc.

You'll probably get more help by giving more details when asking. Example: version, objective (export logs to csv for offline analysis), log file required (it may be a binary file and useless to copy for viewing in a text editor), etc.

SmartView may help for export to csv. SmartConsole log viewer tab export feature is not supported anymore in recent version.
