      <title>Cannot reset/delete/terminate an asset in Infiniti Portal (Harmony Endpoint)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are running an evaluation of Harmony Endpoint. On March 1st one of the endpoints started showing its status as disconnected, and its asset record in the Infiniti Portal became grey.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We were able to revive the endpoint, but the old record is still present in the portal. When I try to reset / delete or terminate it to free up the license, I am getting an error message - see screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. What could cause this? The endpoint ran happily for a few days, and then this happened, not a great thing to identify during an evaluation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I realize I may need to open a TAC request to remove the asset, is there something I could do myself?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
