Hello,
I am using E87.62 Check Point Remote Access VPN Clients for an ATM. However, for certificate-based authentication, there is no available documentation or lab to follow. Any guidance or resources on this topic would be highly appreciated.

Hello,

I am configuring a VPN between a Check Point firewall and an ATM using a username and password. Everything works fine: the password is stored(trac userpass), and the VPN connects (trac connect).

However, the main issue is that when we reboot the ATM, the VPN does not connect automatically. It only connects after I perform a trac info command, at which point the logs start appearing in SmartConsole. Before doing this, I cannot see any logs at all.

Thank you in advance.

Which client version is used?

I don't have ATM specific experience but commonly cert based auth was the choice for seamless auto reconnect requirements.
