      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need some help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm in a situation where I can't download a file from OneDrive because of Harmony. it simply does not give an error of excessive size for verification nor does it allow it to be downloaded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The zip is about 1GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is the issue consistent regardless of browser choice or is it not a web based transfer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Version: E88.60&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No exception was created.&lt;BR /&gt;But there is no other way to turn things around.&lt;BR /&gt;It's just that all the large files I download always get hung up by Harmony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The reason why I suggested "incognito mode" is that I had a similar problem last year. Downloading bankaccounts (=pdf files) in some cases it worked in other cases it didn't work. After a lot of interventions with support (with no results) I gave up and started using the bypass (incognito mode)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/87055"&gt;@lluner&lt;/a&gt;: I don't think it is a file-size issue. Because i had issues with files less then 1MB&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Generally speaking, if file size exceed your should see a notification in the browser extension pop up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It might be that the policy is set to fail-close, where downloading files that exceeded the limit of file size it block.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If not, I would advise opening a ticket to TAC to get it checked.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
