topic Date Format Inconsistency in API / CLI Discussion

I'm writing a bunch of tests for some code to interact with the management API. I noticed that while the "POSIX" date value is almost always in milliseconds since 1970-01-01, the results from '/login' on APIv1.8.1 instead have it in seconds. I don't have an APIv2 host handy to check.

The API specification says it should be in milliseconds, so this is a bug in either the API return or in the documentation.
