How can I retrieve access rule information from the Check Point Infinity Portal? I have referred to the API documentation below:

However, I am unable to find a solution. If possible, please assist me in retrieving rule information from the Check Point Infinity Portal using REST API.

What about using Management API Web Services, for example:

That documentation is for Infinity Portal specifically.
The Management APIs mentioned by @Tal_Paz-Fridman are what you need to look at and are supported in Smart-1 Cloud.

Thank you for the update. In the Management Server URL field, should we provide the Smart-1 Cloud URL and enter the username and password, correct?

The API endpoint will be: https://<service-identifier>.mass.checkpoint.com/<connection-token>/web_api
You can obtain this information from here in the Infinity Portal:

You can use whatever credentials you've configured for administrators in your Smart-1 Cloud instance.
Remember that all API sessions start with a login and subsequent commands are authorized by the session ID returned from the login call.
