The list of administrators is not displayed

We migrated MDS from version R77.30 to version R81.10 with intermediate version R80.40. We are using take 95
After the migration went through, we noticed that the list of domain administrators is not displayed. The rights of the account are shown in the screenshot.

Can you please tell me what can cause this problem?

As Val said, contact TAC, but have you tried maybe mdsstop; mdsstart?
