Error message: Parsing 'api fingerprint' response failed." when running the show package tool from&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://github.com/CheckPointSW/ShowPolicyPackage" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://github.com/CheckPointSW/ShowPolicyPackage.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our environment is on R81.10. Someone on this thread&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://safe.menlosecurity.com/https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/API-CLI-Discussion/Show-Package-Tool-to-visualize-a-R80-policy-package-over-HTML/td-p/39821" target="_blank"&gt;Solved: Show Package - Tool to visualize a R80 policy pack... - Check Point CheckMates (menlosecurity.com)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;ask the same question but they never mentioned any solution or how to fix this error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would appreciate if can share the solution, we need this error to be fix badly. Fyi, We are also in contact with Checkpoint presales engineer to find solution but so far he have not find any.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
