What is included in a domain export (export-management)

Hello,

We are working on a DR solution, and we have chosen to go with the export/import-management API functionality.

It looks like using these commands all needed information/configuration is available for a rebuild from scratch, is this assumption correct, or are there additional steps/actions needed?

Are you talking about those commands:

You will have to have another machine installed as a management server, with the same SW version, including HFA level, to restore.

I believe it is exactly the same as a migrate_server export (for a SMS or a single MDS domain) or mds_backup.
Which means it backs up the Check Point Security Management configuration, but will not back up anything related to the underlying OS (interface/route configuration).
