Terraform, high-availability-new-vnet, unable to create NIC.

Hi,

Trying to deploy, but it hangs on this (I have tried several locations-same issue every time):

azurerm_network_interface.nic: Still creating... [14m10s elapsed]
azurerm_network_interface.nic1[1]: Still creating... [14m10s elapsed]
azurerm_network_interface.nic1[0]: Still creating... [14m10s elapsed]
module.vnet.azurerm_subnet_network_security_group_association.security_group_frontend_association: Still creating... [14m20s elapsed]
module.vnet.azurerm_subnet_network_security_group_association.security_group_backend_association[0]: Still creating... [14m20s elapsed]

For this output it has been running for 14 minutes, but I have had two other tries that I let run for 30 minutes. Anyone got any tips on this ?

Some more details about the configuration would be helpful. Versions in use, platforms, etc?

I run this:

Terraform v1.1.7

Other thant that I have made no changes to the terraform files - beside punching in my values in the tfvars file of course.

I did terraform apply 6 times over a day - on the 6th try It worked. Today, again its the same. Hangs on the interface creation... I am unable to figure out why... might be a "depends on" could be put in somewhere..I don't know. 😕
