    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Guys,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the first time posting here and running into an issue that doesn't seem to be known from what I can tell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Running Version&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;------------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GaiaOS R81.10 -&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Check Point CloudGuard (AWS)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are finalising some integration documentation at the moment, and are trying to view the CLI commands for "vpn shell" so that we can modify the routed mode topology settings.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When running either in cli or expert mode it currently returns the below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;Could not load database. Please make sure policy was installed&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone encountered this before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
