Web portal using the R80 API ?

HI Guys

Has any one developed a web portal using the R80 API so that specific administrators can make granular rules changes or do you have any recommended partners who can develop a web interface so specific Administrator can log in and make specific changes. Mainly looking at and MDS and VSX environment..
