    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you’re going to do it via Python: you’d be calling the API, which requires authenticating.&lt;BR /&gt;mgmt_cli supports an option (-r true) that will not require credentials when called from the management server CLI.&lt;BR /&gt;Official API support for users was only added in R80.40, though, though it’s possible to do in earlier versions with generic-object.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
