Host Object Creation

Hi Team,

Hope all are good and safe. This is just a very basic question about the host , port object creation. I wanted to know in latest version on CP or previous version of CP do we have the option to control this(may be using some API's) Below is the scenario.

I create a host object

Objectone - 10.10.10.10

Objecttwo - 10.10.10.10

Port1 -22

Port2 -22

The IP address and port is same but the object name is different so it creates a duplicate object indirectly. Please let me know if any validation exists to avoid such situations.

In attached file the way to crate two object with same IP address.

The API issues a warning when you do this, but you can also override that.
SmartConsole also warns you when you try and do it.
