If you just want to view the rules only, you can export them in a web-friendly format and put them on any old web server.

Thanks but I need something where a administrator can login to a portal and view the realtime rules .
The portal should fetch the rules from the Management server.
I remember seeing a post on this forum where someone explained how to install a application on a Linux machine and the linux machine will act like web server
